From the Northeast: Take I95 South to Exit 20 (Columbus Blvd/Washington Ave). At the bottom of the ramp make a right onto Columbus Blvd. Continue for 5 lights to Tasker Street. Make a right onto Tasker Street and follow for 12 blocks until you get to 10th Street. Make a left onto 10th Street and go down for one block or stop sign to Morris Street. Make another left onto Morris Street and go down one block to 9th Street. We are on your left hand side.
From the Airport/Chester Area: Follow I95 North to the Broad Street Exit. Stay on Broad Street for approximately 18 lights to Morris Street. Make a right onto Morris and follow down for 5 blocks until you come to 9th and Morris. We are on your left hand side.
From City Ave/ Roosevelt Blvd: Take Expressway 76 (eastbound) and follow to the Vine Street Exit. Follow on Vine Street to I95 South Exit (It will be after the 8th Street - Ben Franklin Bridge Exit) You will stay to your right and follow I95 South until you come to Exit 20 (Columbus Blvd/ Washington Ave). Take the Exit and at the end of the ramp make a right onto Columbus Blvd. Follow for 5 lights to Tasker Street and make a right onto Tasker Street. Follow for 12 blocks to 10th Street and make a left onto 10th Street. Follow for one more block to Morris Street and make another left onto Morris Street and continue down to 9th Street. We are on your left hand side.
From SouthWest / University City: Follow any South bound street (like Market or Chestnut) until you come to 38th Street. Make a right and follow the signs for Expressway 76W. You will pass the on ramp for it by staying to your left and going over the Grays Ferry Bridge. At the end of the bridge there is a gas station. Make a left at that intersection and stay on Grays Ferry for 3 lights until you come to Washington Avenue. Make a right and follow Washington Avenue to 10th Street. Make a right and follow 10th Street for 7 blocks to Morris Street. Make a left and go down one block to 9th Street. We are on your left hand side.
From the Walt Whitman Bridge: After tolls take Exit 350 (7th Street). At the ramp make a left and follow 7th Street for 2 lights to Oregon Avenue. Make a left onto Oregon Avenue and follow to 9th Street. Make a right and follow 9th Street up to Morris Street. We are on your left hand side.
From Ben Franklin Bridge: After the bridge stay to your right and take the I95 Exit. Continue to stay your right and take I95 South. From here you can follow the directions from the Northeast.
POLICY ON BOOKING AN EVENT
50% non-refundable event reservation fee.
We require a booking fee when placing an order, planning your event or party. We do not call it a deposit; it is your guarantee that we will reserve a particular date and time for your event. What we need from you is a 50% non-refundable event reservation fee. Unless something unavoidable should happen like a natural disaster your reservation fee is non-refundable.
You are asking us to be somewhere at a given date and time, to supply you with merchandise that has been ordered, to have the appropriate equipment and our experienced personnel available to make your event exactly what you had planned. By placing a non-refundable reservation fee, we are entering into a contract; we in turn agree to provide you with our services.
Please make sure that the arrangements for your delivery are explicit. You will need to supply us with a proper address, contact person, date and time of your event. Should we make a delivery and the recipient is not present at the time scheduled, the balloons will be left in the safest place with a card denoting to whom they are being sent to or what party they are for.

If you contact us to be at a given location, on a given date and time and we are refused access into the site, there will be an additional charge if we have to redeliver, but that is at our discretion and if our schedule permits.
There are no COD's. The full amount of the agreed price is due at least 3 business days before your event/party is to take place. If this is not done than we reserve the right to cancel the order or omit certain details of the order since you are in default of payment.
Outdoor events must have a bad weather contingency plan in case of foul weather. This means it is your responsibility to schedule an alternate indoor site should weather conditions not permit your party or event from being held outdoors. There are no refunds for rescheduled or cancelled events. If your delivery is rescheduled or moved to a new site, there will be a charge for us to edit our delivery schedule.
Business is business, if you schedule us to be somewhere at a given date and time, we will be there whether it rains or shines. We have been delivering balloons for more than 27 years in the Philadelphia area in good weather as well as bad, in snowstorms, heat waves and torrential rains. If we commit to your party, it means we agree to turn down others. For this reason, this is why we call your “deposit” a booking fee or non-refundable event reservation fee.
You are responsible for ALL permits & permissions associated with each job.
