Since 1980, Dino's Party Center has been providing the residents of South Philadelphia and surrounding areas with beautiful balloon decor. The trained staff at Dino's can assist you from the initial concept of a simple balloon delivery to the execution of a gala event. We specialize in the "whole" party decor such as balloons, favors, banners, paper products and rentals. You are welcome to come into the store and see our portfolios and samples of the interesting and unique balloon designs. We do not take phone orders, fax or email with a credit card for imprinting. A signature is required with FULL PAYMENT. Most orders will return within 5-7 days, there could be some exceptions. A Rush Service will get your order back within 2-3 days, time permitting.
